Dietary fiber (inulin), WHEAT flour, sweetener (erythritol 14,7%), WHEAT starch, skimmed MILK powder, whole EGG powder, dietary fiber (OAT fiber), 5% fat reduced cocoa powder, acidifier (glucono-delta-lactone), raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate), emulsifier (sodium stearoyl lactylate), flavour (vanillin), flour processing agent (ascorbic acid).

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C. Pour the content of the bag in a bowl and add 1 ½ dl water and 4 tbsp. oil (35 g).
  2. Whip the mixture till well blended (min. ½ min.).
  3. Cover a 20 diameters springform pan with baking paper or grease it with oil. Spread the batter in the pan.
  4. Place the cake in the center of the preheated oven and bake it for 15-20 min.



Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
