Use:
Sweetens 1:1. One teaspoon of Perfect Icing matches one teaspoon of sugar.
Note:
Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.

Erythritol is found naturally in plants in very small amounts. It is manufactured industrially from natural raw materials and not genetically modified organisms. Erythritol is a molecule that is absorbed into the body as it is and excreted unreacted in the urine. It there does not supply the body with any kind of energy.
Erythritol is a carbohydrate (a sugar alcohol), but is excreted unreacted with the urine and therefore contains no calories. It is the only sugar alcohol with a caloric value of 0.
Energy free. This means that if you count carbohydrates in relation to diabetes, do not include Perfect Icing in the accounts, as erythritol does not affect blood sugar, but is simply categorized as a carborydrate (sugar alcohol) in the legislation.
Storage:
Dry and cool, avoid direct sunlight.
Don’t forget to close the bag as Perfect Icing is very sensitive to moisture.
Shelf life:
