Inositol hexanicotinate (IHN) is inositol that has been esterified with niacin on all six of inositol’s alcohol groups. IHN is usually sold as “flush-free” or “no-flush” niacin. Inositol hexanicotinate increases the blood flow and widening of blood vessels.
Applications:
Inositol hexanicotinate is used to treat circulatory problems, such as peripheral vascular disease and Raynauds syndrome. Such problems can cause numbness, pain, and discomfort in the hands and feet due to bad circulation. IHN relieves these symptoms by widening blood vessels and increasing blood flow to the affected areas.
Storage:
Dry and cool, avoid direct sunlight.
