Ingredients:

Melissa Officinalis Flower/Leaf/Stem Oil, Citral, Geraniol, Linalool.

 

Use:

Skincare. Add Melissa oil to your moisturizer or to a spray bottle with water and spritz your face. This simple essential oil addition will give your skin a rejuvenated feeling and will help refresh the mind. Or apply 2-4 drops of product directly to desired area. Dilution not required, except for the most sensitive skin.

Healthcare. To obtain this powerful bodily assistance, dilute one drop of Melissa essential oil into 120ml of liquid and drink. Taking Melissa oil internally may help support a healthy immune system.

Relaxation. After a long day, let your mind and body relax and unwind with a little help from Melissa oil. For relieving results, rub Melissa oil on your forehead, shoulders, or chest. Applying Melissa essential oil will help lessen feelings of stress and promote emotional well-being.

Aromatherapy. Put a few drops of Melissa oil into a diffuser. Diffuse up to 1hour 3 times daily.

For body massage. 1-2ml is mixed with 50ml of base oil to obtain a homogeneous mixture. For additional use as an active ingredient in cosmetics (lotions, creams, etc. for the body), in the finished product is dosed essential oil not more than 0.2% (for products that do not wash off). For products that are washed away, no more than 0.5% moisture.
